Summary: Room and facilities were spotless and beautiful. A couple of comments, considering the premium nature and fully aware the hotel only recently opened. - We were staying reasonably high up on the City side, the windows were not sufficiently sound-proofed. A little bizarre. - Pool, sauna and steam room are fantastic. We booked on late notice and couldn't slot in to the spa but it looked wonderful. - Re food, we stuck to the bar menu but had a couple of veggie options from the restaurant. All amazing - Pillows and bed were pretty soft. Pillows really soft...

Summary: Absolutely incredible stay — hands down the best hotel I’ve ever experienced in Melbourne! The entire place was immaculate, from the facilities to the welcoming vibe. The scent as soon as you walk in is divine, and every staff member was so kind and attentive. A special shout-out to Vesna for her outstanding customer service, warmth, and a good laugh. The pool and gym are stunning, and the amenities have everything you could possibly need. This will definitely be my go-to spot for future work trips. I can’t wait to return and experience the spa next time!
